EJ's Meat Company is a family business that was founded in 1982 by Eugene Joseph (EJ) Simper. After Eugene passed away in 2006, the company was passed down to Eugene's children. The company continues to grow today as a third-generation family-based business. Although EJ Meat Company provides various types of cut and ground meats, they are most known for their Country Style Smoked Sausages. The sausages are freshly made with a proprietary blend of premium spices and smoked to perfection. Every link is made the old-fashioned way: they stuff, twist and tie each link by hand.
